We focus on early stage software to validate product market fit, and increasingly are called upon to leverage emerging technologies such as machine learning, conversational interfaces, and Blockchain to create industry leading software products.


The Role


The Client Services Manager ensures that clients have a great experience working with Normative. As part of a broader team which includes business development, account management, and product delivery, the CSM acts as the client’s main point of contact to support the delivery of Normative’s design and digital product solutions.


Focus


  • Project Delivery:
    • Manages a select group of projects ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and on budget. Identifies areas of potential risk and identifies and implements risk mitigation strategies on assigned projects.
    • Management of projects through agile, sprint based delivery process. Manages project resources and collaborates with team to proactively solve issues. Serves as primary client contact and communication lead for project comms.
    • Works to identify new opportunities within the account, and deepens relationships with client and their broader network.
  • Account Management:
    • Identifies key contacts on target opportunities. Works with VP to qualify and transform leads into proposals. Converts proposals into projects.
    • Coordinates planning efforts for project opportunities including estimating and the definition of activities, artifacts and deliverables; as well working with delivery resources to roadmap how we will get our software into the hands of our clients.
    • Promote and showcase Normative’s value and educate potential/existing clients on our offer—through presentations, emailing, and strategic calling.
